Q-Point BV is an independent Dutch advisory company, specialized in food safety, traceability, integrated quality management (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 22000, HACCP, BRC, IFS, SQF, GlobalGap, MPSGap, QS, etc), supply chain management and project management. The organization aims on companies in agri-and food-business but also public companies are among their customers. It was formed as a joint venture late 2002 by merging the activities on quality and quality aspects of the Naktuinbouw and DLV Business Unit Chains and Quality. In 2006 the company was sold to the management and employees of Q-Point. Q-Point has skills and experience in the fields of:

•  Implementation of Quality management and food safety systems (HACCP, BRC, IFS and ISO 9001:22000, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, GlobalGap, MPSGap) inthe agro and food chain;
•  Extensive experience in strategic management consult;
•  Implementing tracking & tracing;
•  In-depth knowledge of certification requirements and international standards for businesses wich export fresh and processed fruits and vegetables, flowers, feed, dairy and meat;
•  Extensive experience in advising large retail companies in Europe, Eastern European countries and Asia in introduction, application and improvement quality management in horticultural production chain;
•  Business development and establishment of certification bodies with international accreditation on EN 45011 and EN 45012;
•  Development, coordination and project management of international supply chain projects;
•  Training of management and staff in institutional change processes, capacity building, consultation and negotiation methods and organizational development;
•  Train the Trainer of GlobalGap, ISO 9001:2000, and HACCP, IFS, ISO 22000 and BRC and experience with training on GlobalGap for developing countries.
